Data we process

• Your name and telephone number.
• The selected project, units and manager.
• The request time, browser information and a pseudonymized hash of the network address used for security and spam prevention.
• Catalog usage information collected by Yandex Metrica. Name and phone fields are excluded from Session Replay recording, and analytics events do not include personal contact details, manager names or unit numbers.

Why we process it

We use this data to process your Sales Offer request, route it to the manager you selected, create and manage the request in amoCRM, prevent abuse, maintain service security and improve the catalog.

Who may receive it

Access may be provided to authorized Arsenal East staff and service providers needed to operate the catalog, including amoCRM, hosting and infrastructure providers, and Yandex Metrica for analytics. Data may be processed outside your country where these services operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

How long we keep it

Request records are retained only for as long as needed for sales operations, security, legal and regulatory obligations, in accordance with the full Arsenal East Privacy Policy.
